Michele is a lead interior designer at Gresham Smith, an award-winning Design firm in Nashville, TN. She landed in Nashville six years ago after working for almost a decade at top firms in Chicago. Now approaching 15 years of experience, Michele focuses on the design process to uncover relevant, sustainable designs. Every project is unique, and Michele brings a fresh approach that starts with the client relationship. This unique perspective informs an iterative, hands-on design process and develops thoughtful concepts that grow into innovative design solutions. Integrating interdisciplinary teams and a collaborative approach, Michele challenges and inspires teams and clients to rethink traditional spaces in new and creative ways.

Michele has been published in, or contributed to; Architectural Record, Architect magazine, Azure, Interior Design magazine, and Contract magazine. She has served in leadership roles within the board of the local IIDA chapter, founded the Sustainability Leadership Breakfast in Nashville and is active in several non-profit initiatives. In her free time, Michele likes to check out new Nashville restaurants and play outside with her kiddos.
